This pizza wheel has three things going for it. First, because you put your weight directly above the wheel as it's cutting, it cuts much more easily than traditional pizza wheels. Second, because it comes apart easily and can be put in the dishwasher, it's easier to clean than other pizza wheels. Finally, mine stayed sharp for years (until a friend borrowed it and ran it over metal pizza trays for an afternoon). What else is there?

This is my second zyliss pizza wheel. I love that it comes apart for easy cleaning and stores nicely b/c it is so compact. It is the perfect tool for cutting cookie cakes as well - just make sure you remember to bring it home from the birthday party... that is why I had to get a new one! In a pinch I've even used it to chop herbs.
